Malta Skills Survey 2022

The eTwinning National Support Agency also invites you this year to participate in the massive open online course (MOOC) offered through, entitled: ‘eTwinning MOOC 2023: Introduction to eTwinning, the European Action for Education”

This training opportunity introduces online learners the actions and educational materials provided by the European eTwinning, European School Education Platform (ESEP) and EU Academy to primary and secondary teachers, for their professional development and for the design and implementation of collaborative projects. 

The programme is open to teachers of all specialisations working in all types of public and private primary and secondary schools.

Participation in MOOC does not require prior knowledge or experience in eTwinning. However, participants should have:

  • Internet access
  • Basic Digital Skills

The programme lasts for 4 weeks. The estimated time needed for the programme is around 5 hours per week (up to 20 hours in total). In particular, participants in the programme will follow the following modules:

  • Module 1: ETwinning – ESEP registration
  • Module 2: Professional development – Training of training organisation
  • Module 3: Networking, Communication Cooperatives Find
  • Module 4: Project Registration idea – Quiz Final

Key dates

  • 4 September 2023: Start of course enrolment (registrations will remain open until 25 September 2023)
  • 18 September 2023: Start course
  • 22 October 2023:   End of course
  • 29 October 2023:   Issue of certificates of successful attendance
