This conference is organised by the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support (DG REFORM) of the European Commission in the context of 2023 being the European Year of SkillsEN•••. It is organised in cooperation with the Ministry of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security of Portugal and the Directorate-General for Employment, Social affairs and Inclusion (DG EMPL).
