Swedish JobTech is an independent, non-profit organization that promotes innovation in job matching, career guidance, and lifelong learning in the Swedish labor market through the use of digital technology and data. Moreover, the organization acts as a platform for HR departments, companies, entrepreneurs, and authorities who want to contribute to the development of the labor market.
The association’s aim is to support a sustainable and reliable job market, with a particular focus on how technology can support and drive the development of the labor market into the future.
As an independent player, Swedish JobTech strives to create cooperative relationships with other stakeholders, and among other things, supports the Employment Service’s initiative to develop a digital ecosystem.
Started in 2019, the association has established a board and organized several events. During its first year of operation, the association welcomed its first partners and members and has since continued to promote the development towards a more digitalized and data-driven job market. In addition to organizing their own events, they also promote others and publish a monthly newsletter.
