Discovering ICT careers: beyond programming and coding

eSkills Malta Foundation Malta’s National Coalition took part in the European Digital Skills and Jobs Platform initiative campaign for promoting Digital careers. The Foundation leveraged its partner network to identify and promote a speaker, to participate in a Webinar held on 1st December 2022 titled ‘Discovering ICT careers: beyond programming and coding’. The Foundation introduced Ms Ghita Ramdhiansing, Founder and CEO of a company that developed a digital solution for character analysis based on neurological and biological insights. Ms Ramdhiansing together with of with other speakers representing other coalitions provided a personal account on their voyage to become active in the digital sector, also coming from different disciplines, in order to inspire and encourage viewers not to be intimidated by the digital sector and be brave and follow a path that promises to be very rewarding and life changing.
